Hello! I'm Lord Maru. I'm an artist, animator, and vtuber. I wish to create my own indie animated studio someday.

Most know me by my Fairly Oddparents shenanigans, the older fans know me by my webcomic Divine Acid. Regardless, all you need to know is that I love cartoons in general.When it comes to anime the biggest influence is Dragon Ball as it is incorporated into my Demon-Sona and my webcomic Divine Acid.Aside from all of that, I love to draw (obviously), I love to hang out with my friends, and I like to engage with fans.

  • Do not lewd my Demon-sona without permission. I mainly only let close friends do it. I would prefer strangers didn't do it on a whim.

  • If you want to start a conversation please tell me WHY. Don't just say "Hi" or "hru?". You will be ignored.

  • Please keep your parasocial interactions in check! Just because I follow you or talk to you once does not mean I am your friend. Same goes if you're in my Discord server. Do not get overly comfortable with me. KEEP YOUR DISTANCE.

  • I do not babysit! I am not your parent and you should not see me as such. This goes back to the parasocial interactions.

  • Fans/followers are NOT friends! Please remember that! This isn't a bad thing. This is just to set that boundary when interacting with me.

The Lore of Lord Maru

Lord Maru is the God of Destruction. Their Universe is full of gag characters. They’re child-like, playful, and a bit of a brat despite being fully grown and old enough to be a parent.Lord Maru likes to draw, play video games and hang out with her friends. They’re a huge coffee lover and are never seen with out an iced Latte or a cup of coffee.They’re usually silly and joyful however there are times they can be pouty and whiny when things don’t go their way. In extreme cases Maru is prone to anger issues and throws a fit OR they get panic attacks. Usually they know better than to do this publicly so as soon as they know they’re alone they let it all out.They also do this with Cosmo and Danny due to the fact that they’ve known her for years and they know how she is. Because of this Cosmo and Danny are usually the ones who can easily calm her down.The meaning behind the name Marucoatl (Mah-roo-koh-ah) is a combination of Maru and Coatl (koh-ah) Coatl means serpent. So Maru essentially did the equivalent of taking on the last name of her husband Cosmocoatl

Cosmo

Cosmocoatl is Maru's husband. Cosmo is a sensitive, romantic, and sensual man. He’s not as out there or as goofy as Maru or Danny. He’s quite reserved and stoic and only breaks into playful mode when he and Maru are alone like an owner would a cute pet kitten or puppy. In fact, Cosmo finds Maru quite adorable.

Danny

Danny is their Guard and Play-mate. Danny is SUPER protective of Maru. Almost to a fault. There are times when Maru gets mad at Danny for overdoing it.In fact, in the past Maru has physically hurt Danny because she thought he was trying to betray her and was evil when that was simply not true. Because of this Maru vowed to never lay a hand on him again after realizing that she just never took the time to understand Danny and his nature, being a Chthonic entity. After this, they took the time to grow their relationship and learn to understand each other and their boundaries.Danny makes Maru laugh. He’s Maru’s Spinel. Her best friend. Where Cosmo gives romantic attention, Danny gives Maru a shoulder to cry on, the care and affection, and the joy that she needs to help her get through her toughest battles.Danny wears his emotions on his sleeve. He’s not afraid to tear up in front of anyone, in fact, he often breaks into tears both joyful and sad. He’s a flamboyant guy and full of sass. If you try to heckle him, he will put you in your place because heckling is in his nature.
